General booking and payment conditions

A request for services and/or prices does not obligate the client /buyer for booking or payment. GoTravel makes an offer as a reply.
Booking is a confirmed order. By making a booking to GoTravel the client/buyer accepts all terms and conditions stated in the offer. By receiving a confirmation from GoTravel both parties are engaged in a contract in which GoTravel is responsible for delivering the services  described in confirmation and the buyer is resposible for paying for services without delay or deductions.

All bookings and cancellations have to be made in written: e-mail: incoming@gotravel.ee, fax: +3726310159.

Cancellation fees are the percentage of total booking value, if not agreed ohter wise:

Cancellation terms for groups:
Up to 31 days prior to arrival – handling fee min. amount 50 EOR per booking
30-22 days          25% of total booking value
21-15 days          50% of total booking value
14-7 days            75% of total booking value
6 days no show 100%

Conditions of costless deduction of  the group booking:
Booking up to 40 rooms
up to 31 days prior the the accommodation  – 100%
30-22 days prior the accommodation 50%
21-15 days prior accommodation 25%
14-7 days prior accommodation 10%

In case of bigger bookings special conditions will be agreed.

Cancellation conditions for individuaal tourists:
Up to 7 days prior arrival free of charge
up to 3 days before arrival – 50% of total booking value
less than 3 days no show – 100% of total booking value.

All rates offered are net and include all taxes. Once the booking is confirmed, they cannot be changed  unless the change is caused by factors beyond our control.

Payment 50% of total amount of group services is required 35 days prior to arrival and full payment 14 days prior arrival. Full payment of services for individuaal tourists is required 3 days prior arrival.
